I was thinking about Adsense, Adbrite, Clicksor,...
I know most people prefer Adsense (highest bids) but if I ask you to think about such system from Publisher's and Advertiser's side, let's help me to create a simple service. What would you put into it to get simple and easy-to-use thing that would still attract Publishers and Advertisers? Forget high bids because we can't compete with Google here. Anything else than that goes below:

(Thanks)

-Fast customer service (a live chat platform may be nice, plus an FAQ)
-Quality ads, no free prize ads or adware/spyware download ads. No activex.
-Stats in realtime, with indepth informations like averages.

Targeting to any keyword, even for tiny niche markets (widget making machine alignment tools) rather than just consumer products. That's what I like about Google, I get ads for industrial equipment and services closely related to the subject of the page. I wouldn't care if your algorithm analyzes the page or if I enter keywords, as long as it can be specific to my business.

-Company looks somehow professional and pormising.
-No negative complaints about how this company is cheating money
-Accepts publisher around the world, i know most affiliate companies only accept US based or some popular countries

What about bid price (Advertisers)? Is this an important issue?
