submitting sites in a different catagory will effect our site. example: i have site on flowers and i submitted my site to different catogory called sports will it effect my site
if yes how it will effect.
same question for directory submissions.

I don't think it will have any effect on your site. It just means that you are unlikely to get much relevant traffic. People who are looking in the sports category are obviously looking for sports related sites and are probably not looking for flowers so will not click on your link.
