Can anybody recommend a free mailing list provider?
I've been using YahooGroups but it's been unreliable - emails arriving very late, in the wrong order, not at all etc.
Many thanks

Welcome To Webmaster World! Do you want it remotely hosted or on your own server? If on your own server, what is your coding preference, and do you want Mysql or text files as the database?

I currently generate a list of email addresses using ASp and use JMail to send the email. It's an opt-in service and definitely not spam but this generates a lot of email that my ISP isn't happy with.
I'd like to do something similar but it's not the sort of thing any ISP offers. My website is on shared hosting so I can't host any solution on my server.
Many thanks.

I've started using <snip> and have found it great. They have a free service and a premium service which at $2.50 per month is pretty good value!
Hope this helps.
