I have found out URL of a web-site that has stolen my main page. All the links on their main page are pointing directly to my site. If I use htaccess and input "deny theirsite.com" it doesn't do much, because all links are basically copies of mine. Any suggestions?

If the Whois of the URL gives you a name, then send them a cease and desist note. If not, then try and find the IP address and send their ISP a cease and desist note.

Their logic is probably that they hope to replace your URL with theirs in the Google index, then change the content when they start getting traffic.

Alternative motive - cpompetitor hoping to get you "done" for dupe content. Infact - that second one could be a problem.

By the way - if you have bought some SEO and didn't pay sensible money, that could have been the result... If the metatags are different/better than your page, then I'd put that as a likely motive too.

In addition to the C & D you may want to consider filing DMCA complaints with the SE's. Here are some links that may help
