SERP for my keywords

Hi all I'm trying to get certain pages within my site ranked well for certain keywords. In this example page I am obviously optimizing for <snip>. I have cleaned up my URL’s, code, I use h1 tags and other optimization stuff.

My current position for those mentions keywords is about 250. Is there anything obvious that anyone can see that would make me position 250? I see the results that are beating me and they have no more backlinks, no higher PR and on some pages only have the keywords once and that’s if they have all keywords at all? For example a page beats me that doesn’t have a higher PR or more backlinks and only has this <snip> that is beating me for those above mentioned keywords? I am not complaining I just want to ask the experts if they can see anything that I am doing wrong in optimizing for those keywords...Many thanks for any help.

Hi,

URL's are forbidden as per the terms of service so It's best to remove it. :)

The URL doesn't resolve anyway.

It also takes time for all the spiders to find you. You can optimize all day, all night, and still they won't find you on your time table.

Hi, its been 1 full year that I am building this site..How long does it take? My home page is cached almost every day while the rest of the site is about 2 weeks. I just dont know why a page with the same PR and fewer backlinks than mine ranks far better for my key words when I have optimised much better. Is there a way that I can get Google to do deep crawls? is there things one should be doing? Lots of people just reply "get backlinks" but that doesnt make sence when sites are beating me with fewer of these "backlinks"
