I am looking for groups on the web and/or an article on XML implementation. Any ideas on where to get started?

Not really what I am looking for (but thanks), what I am really looking for is a group working on establishing an XML vocabulary.

For strict XML or for your own XML lang/dev?

There's a discussion list here:

I don't know if you want a group that's working on XML vocab or a dev group for something like MDDL or vocabulary mapping though.

Implementation is a stretch from vocab dev.
