Good Questisons for a Visitor Survey?

I am making a visitor survey for my site and I was wondering if anyone here had any suggestions for good questions the survey?

That depends - what do you want to learn from your survey? Do you want to know how the person found your site? What they're using to view your site? What their favorite color is? Do they like ice cream? ;)

Do a search for "take our survey" or similar, and look how other people have handled it. You may get inspired.

Surveys are only fun to do if you're not asking the same questions as everyone else. You'll get a better response if you find a unique way to ask for what you want to know, and if you can use some humour at the same time.
