New Domain, No Crosslinking just XML Feed Referal

Is this likely to be counted as crosslinking by G, Y! or MSN searches?

Our non-commercial Main site was banned from Y! because of multiple 1998 legacy sites linking to it. They've been shut down for months, but Y! ignores polite emails to the appeals-address they supplied here.

So, we want to start a new domain for our new content. We will put new content on the new domain, not on our Main site.

To avoid crosslinking penalty we will not link the sites to each other at all.
Let the new one build up it's rank naturally, and hopefully not be banned from Y! Eventually, we will put a few links between the sites, but only a few.

Question: Our Main site has a daily updated popular and established RSS feed.
Would it be OK to put items in that feed which point to the new domain, or would that be construed as crosslinking by the SEs, and probably best to start a new feed on the new domain?

Ta!

PS. If anyone knows of a better email to plead with Y!, kindly point me to it.

Mods: Could you move this thread to a better Forum if it doesn't get answered here please?
