Building a sweepstakes directory - need a script..

My website is mostly a series of boards powered by phpBB. The one ofthe more popular one is the sweepstakes board, where people link to sweeps that they find around the web, so that other members can enter and hopefully win.

So far people are just adding a new post each time that they find a new sweeps, but th at's rapidlky getting out of hand. I'd LOVEto have a script that organizes the sweeps for me - my sweeps board moderator is willing to take that task on to submit the sweeps to the script so that rather than a bunch of posts, people have access to a directory. I did stumble across a script that did this a LONG time ago - before I ever even started this site, but now that i need it, I can't find anything like it!

I need something that will let me sort stuff by expiration date - maybe even delete expired sweeps automatically, or atleast mark them as expired (but keep them on the site so that people can check to see if the sweep existed, should they recieve an email claiming thatthey won. I also want to be able to organize the sweeps by 'once a day, once a week, once a month, or one time only' entries.. and also sort by catagories.. 'cash prizes' 'car prizes' 'trips' etc...

Does anyone know where I can find a script that will do all this for me? Prefrably a free one, or otherwise, VERY cheap?
