Great (Money Making) Blogs

I am looking into making a blog on a subject I am very interested in.

Although I am doing this project out of love for the topic, if I could make money writing for it that would be perfect.

I am trying to find some really good professional blogs like PVRBlog.com that are very well respected and read. I hope I can dissect them and use them as examples of best practices.

Does anyone know of any?
