Batch Create Zip Files

Need to add a license agreement while zipping up files

I sell digital photos, and have to create a zip file for each photo. I must also add a .txt license agreement to each zip file.

Dealing with 50-70 photos a day, clicking on the photo, ctrl-clicking the .txt file, and creating a zip manually is very impractical.

Does anyone know of a util for Windows that would let me select a group of files that need to be zipped, zip them according to their filename (photo2138.jpg > photo2138.zip), and insert a copy of the text file into each zip?

Gracias..

WinZip has a command line add-in you can download. I use it to zip things via batch files all the time.
