Yahoo webhosting problems?

I have a site hosted via Yahoo. For the past 24hrs I get 403s from any pages usuing PHP and I cannot FTP in. Hosted photos also get served sporadically.

Support is no help. Does anyone have any details on this?

PS: This is a definite Yahoo problem, not a PHP code or user error.

Does the php script use Mysql? Because I had some probelms on Yahoo! web hosting with PHP and Mysql. If that is the problem I suggest that you repair your database in the Mysql control panel, that Yahoo! web hosting offers.

Yes, they do. That may be PART of the problem. The Web Hosting Control panel is not even accessible. The page is no longer there. It is more of a networking error. Some plain HTML pages get:
