what i want to do with this site is have business share tips and help other business with there problems and so on . all at 1 site anyone have any comments on this.

You might have some good competition. I've seen quite a few sites out there like this.

You do have some competition. We do this and have around 400,000 unique articles in over 20 categories (not SEO crap but real articles written by business professionals) (ok, some of it is crappy but most is good) and should hit a million early next year. We focus on small/medium sized business and we don't have a forum so you might want to try to go that route. Who knows, maybe we will buy you out if you are successful.
