Hello;

Let me clarify,

Person "B" is allocated 600mb of bandwidth a month.

Person "A" sets up some kind of software to keep bringing up a page (with heavy graphics", from person
"B"'s website.

Now if Person "A"'s computer is bringing up a cached version after the first view, then no problem.

But what if person "A" is actually accessing person "B"s webspace each view thereby using "B"'s bandwidth each time?

Will Person "B" run out of monthly bandwidth largely due to the action of person "A"?
