Report says new version of Windows, Internet Explorer could help protect personal info from scams.

NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - The new versions of Windows operating system and the Internet Explorer Web browser from Microsoft will put a new emphasis on security for Web users, according to a published report.

All improvements are welcome, for sure, but, I wonder how soon before we'll see the results. They couldn't come soon enough.

I have MS nailed down almost to the point of uselessness. Sure, the internet has evolved and exploits will probably always be a way of life, but can anyone else say "its about time!"
