IIS problem

Hi,

I am using XP. IIS is running when i type [localhost...] in the ie browser. I have created a virtual directory which is having some webservice files like .asmx.

NOw problme is when I tried to access the asmx file over browser, the browser instead of displaying asks me whether to save or open question. for creating the virtual directory i used all default settings. what is the problem .. is any suggestions ...please.

It may be .aspx ( ASP.NET ) file.
Install .NET framework to run such files.
