Anyone Reccomend a good free search program?

I need folks to be able to search my site...

I want a search window on my website so folks can do searches on my site to find articles that will be appearing on my site soon.

A search feature like you see on this site would be great:

www.back.com

I have looked at a few doing searches at google, yahoo etc, so, its not like i'm asking people to do the work for me, i would just like to know from folks what to stay away from and perhaps whats good....
