How do I find ALL my pages online?

A gentleman tried to order from me recently and from the comments he sent describing the offer, the page had to be at least 2 years old. He doesn't remember the URL.

Is there a way for me to look to see what pages of mine are out there in cyberspace somewhere, so that I can delete the ones that are no longer up to date?

So how do I remove outdated or cached pages? They're not even LISTED in my WS_FTP program any more, for me to remove them!
