My PC Lost my security padlock?

What's wrong?

I just cleaned a bunch of data-miners with Adaware
Although nothing out of the ordinary.

And I realized that when entering a protected area like
my bank or testing my e-comm site the security padlock
does not show any longer but if I use my other machines it works

Of course I did not carry on with sensible data on the machine showing that strange behavior

Any input?
