Generally our sites look OK, but from time to time I will come across a computer where the textx is far too big and the sites overall looks terrible.

Is there anything I am doing wrong or is it a pc problem?

Could you elaborate a bit? Do you use CSS? And could you perhaps tell about the combination of OS and browser on those pc's where you see problems? Do the pages validate?

A non-quirks mode DOCTYPE and HTML that validates to that DTD will go a long way towards helping with these problems.

It only happens occasionally and is html not css. But from time to time I will sit at a comp and will see a site that disgusts even me.

I do not know if it is lagnuages inatlled on pc's or something else but the main site is very busy so I can only guess that it looks as it should.

I have tried on those pc's to change text size and ancoding but similar results

Added in: Most pages validate.

How do other websites look in those pc's? I notice that WebnasterWorld may look somewhat different (mainly font size) depending on OS and browser.

could be those computers have different accessibility options than the default ones.
