Getting out of the Hotmail Junk Folder

Any thoughts? Trying to send legitimate email, but still ending up in the Hotmail Junk folder.

Any ideas?

Reverse DNS are set, as well as SPF.

Also checked

[mail-abuse.com...] (not on there)

[cmatcme]

Paid email hosts are more reliable
