need a little programming help

Hi,
here' s the story. I need a little programing help, I would like to do this myself, but I am not a programmer.

let's say that I sell widgets and now I want to sell a new kind of widget with a new price. I don't know how to get that piece of information onto my ordering page.

Wouldn't that be in the realm of a shopping cart set up? They usually have an interface that lets the site owner make those changes.

Well, it's not exactly a shopping cart that i have presently have, but it is similar.
