That site has a link called "Information on how you reached this site" at the bottom. Click that and you'll get a good explanation - it's more to do with bugs in the autocomplete feature in IE rather than any specific spyware problem.

You should load up SpyBot Search & Destroy or something as or more effective and scan your machine just to be sure...
