My Site is a PageRank "3" should i use get another domain

Hi, my new site has a pagerank 3, should i get another domain or something? or will this change later when i have better links and more traffic? thx in advance for the help guys;)

It will change with more links. A new domain you get would simply be zero, unless you buy an existing site from someone.

You have to work at building PR.
