Looking for websites with free simple webpage templates.

Does anyone know of any good websites (which don’t have adware or spyware on them), where I can find a range of free webpage templates? I am looking for simple templates such as people might use for their personal or family websites, rather than ones for business.

[oswd.org...] - open source web design. a lot of free designs.

[csszengarden.com...] - many css-based design, showed rather as an example of how powerful css is. really worth to visit (but rather to be amazed and to learn than to get something ready-made).
