Is there a downside to Godaddy?

I see godaddy offering a SSL certificate for $29.95 and am wondering if this is worth anything. The last time I did any pricing they were North of $200 depending on where you looked.

My wife has a small site to sell her handmade soap and the shared certificate scares a lot of people.

I prefer one of the big three GeoTrust, Thawte, or VeriSign. I believe you can breath easy with any of the three knowing that all the major browsers won't give a false impression/error that the site is not secure.

I personally have used/recommended GeoTrust for their cost, and you can get them for $49 at ev1servers.net and save $100.
