when I say range list, I mean actual IP ranges, like

ISP 1 = ***.***.***.*** - ***.***.***.***
ISP 2 = ***.***.***.*** - ***.***.***.***

I'm looking on site you gave me but I see nothing of that nature there, thanks anyway though.

What I need is like, say for instance you have a company. I need the ranging being from the first possible IP to the last possible IP that is registered to that company. I need ISP IP Listings, as in any ISP service providers in the world.

www.blackholes.us has ip lists for a number of major isps, certainly not all of them, but quite a few, and ip lists for some countries.
