Am i seeing a change in results for google

I notice lately if you go to yahoo and type in

like a 4 word phrase.. first 10 results come back.. and the titles usually have the first word of your 4 word phrase at the start of the title

this used to be same with google but i notice if i put that same 4 word phrase into google

it will come back with 10 results that dont have the first word of that phrase at the start of any of the title pages.. it might just have the 2nd or 4th word somewhere in the title..

ummmmmmm any ideas?

baby strollers online

is it worth having the title that.. or having

something like

Find baby strolles online through stores

like so google doesnt think im trying to optimize for that page.. but still im getting mykeywords in?
