I heard a little rumour AOL is going to go back to DMOZ after the new year for a big re-index, rather than using dodgy Inktomi results. Seeing as my best traffic is AOL any news on this? i have no trouble getting into DMOZ and Netscape but AOL's (and Google) a bit harder.

I've found this year that AOL have been switching between DMOZ & Ink one week in the next out I wouldn’t be at all surprised if this didn't carry on like that

Nudge, can you let us know where you heard this from?

The AOL ODP data was stale for ages.

Following that, AOL has been shuffling between pure Ink and including ODP data just as Tigger describes.

I really hope that AOL doesn't go back to the ODP results. ODP needs to make some changes before there is any importance put on their results or their directory. * ahem*.....Google

I personally am enjoying some of the truly targeted traffic that I am getting from AOL right now.

I'll second that my traffic from AOL is now running at 8% quite happy with my Ink investment
