In all seriousness, man, you might want to do some serious research on what they're offering before you get involved with something like that. If you want a very short-term site, who knows, it might work. If you want to build a long-term authority site, maybe steer clear.
There are no site reviews here. And that URL will get stripped out by a Mod eventually because it's against the Terms Of Service, (and you might want to have a look at that). You should consider editing the URL out of your post.
That said, having looked at it while the URL is still there, your site is trying to load some Windows Media file. Considering the nature of your business, perhaps simplify the page and not piss people off, like me, who just want to read about fishing and not have their dial-up connection getting bogged down.
Otherwise, without spending a lot of time looking at it, it seems fine. You have a Page Rank of 2, so you need more incoming links. That should be your approach, meaning getting more links rather than hiring someone to generate 5000 dodgy pages.

Sounds like doorway pages to me. Find out more info. Most likely 5k pages of content would cost a ton. But 5k doorway pages would just end up getting you penalized.
