Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, but here goes.

I've just moved a domain to zoneedit as we are setting up an online booking system for a client. The website is handled by our host as normal, but I've forwarded a subdomain to the office server on a static IP to act as the server for payments etc.

That's all fine so far, but the mail has stopped working. I've setup mail1.mydomain.com and mail2.mydomain.com which point towards the old hosts IP address, but I get permanent failures when I send mail.

I've really only got two IP address to work with, the host and out static IP.

How do I set up the mail servers?

The zoneedit help is limited in this respect.

Thanks for any any answers.

OK, thanks for looking but I've sorted it now. I simply needed to use the old mailserver (mail.mydomain.com) and configure that in zoneedit.

Simply really, but not obvious...
