I have a dedicated server with windows 2000 server, sql server 2000 and coldfusion server 5. I am having intermitent troubles with slow server response. About every fifth tracert shows a time out at my server. How can I be sure this is my server problem and not a router issue at my host? I have shut down coldfusion and sql and I am still getting the problem, so I think I have eliminated them as the source. I think its either in the network at my host or one of my windows 2000 settings?
Any ideas? My url is in my profile if anybody has an extra few miliseconds :)
