Lycos renewal

Hi,

I was illegaly charged by Lycos Insite for the renewal of my site with their service. But, I didn't want that, they automatically renewed me, I contacted them without reply. I was also charged illegally by my hosting company for renewal. I will ask to my bank to change my Visa card number but do you know how can I have a refund from Lycos? who can I contact?

Please take the specifics up with Lycos. Sounds like a personal matter.

I would take each case up with the company you bought services from. Check that you were not on some sort of recurring billing.

I wish I could do that but this company seems to be robot-operated. They don't reply to anything and they have bugs in their contact form which make it difficult to contact them (error 404).

About having an agreement with Lycos, I paid them long ago to include me in Inktomi. Thats all. I signed nothing with them.

Do you think if I file a complaint against them it may do something?
