Why doesnt gmail send to hotmail or msn accounts

I noticed that gmail doesnt send messages to hotmail or msn accounts. Why is this and is there a way to fix it? thanks

Hmm...I have had success in the past sending to hotmail accounts. Maybe your email composer wasn't working at the time you sent the message, after all it is BETA.
