Need Help Building Company Intranet from Scratch!

Hi,

I'm looking to build an intranet for my company using ASP on an IIS server. Does anyone have any good advice on where to start?
Is there a place where I can download some templates?
I plan on using Dreamweaver to design it.

Any help would be much appreciated!

An associate used this and told me about it - he posted a review on [aspin.com...] - there are some more systems there you should look at if this one isn't what you need.

I've submitted my details twice to download this Digger Intranet, but still haven't recieved the email with the download link back.

Back awhile ago I was also looking for ASP portal software source code -- I came accross this one:

I remember looking at the code and if I recalled correctly seemed well written and a good starting point. The license is cool because there are no restrictions of use. Not as nice as Digger though. Would you consider ASP.NET? More choices that route.
