Banned IP List?

Wow. I just took a cold, hard look at my logs

I just looked at my logs, and for the first time, conducted a hard analysis of hosts coming into my site.

Is there a list out there, somewhere, of a list of IP's to ban by default? I mean... like bad crawlers, scrapers, etc. I am going through and researching them one by one, but I was just wondering if there's any list out there entitled, "IP Addresses Every Webmaster Should Ban".

I am fairly new at some of this, and would appreciate the advice.

I get way more referral spam bots than I do bad bots which identify themselves with an accurate user agent. So a good list of banned referral strings will help, for example you could ban anything with "casino" or "XXX" in the string, provided you don't expect to get links from such places.
