Has anyone used templates from OSCoders.biz?

Are they hard to customize?

I am considering purchasing one of OSCoders templates and then hiring someone customize it. Can anyone give me an idea (from their first-hand experience) of how difficult of a task this will be for someone with experience of OSC, but no experience with templates from OSCoders?
