I have read several post on how to stop hotlinking using .htacess but my site is on a windows server and the pages are .asp I do have a robots.txt file. Can anyone tell me how I can stop this. I have edited the images that are being hotlinked to show a textual ad for the site but this is a temporary solution, since they are stealing the bandwidth I might as well let them advertise for me until I can stop it. I have checked with the host regarding IIS filter but they don't have a filter for this. Help!

Thanks but I need a solution that does not require server admin rights.

sorry for the misunderstanding. since you pointed out that the host did not have the required isapi filter that you were looking for one to suggest to them that they could install as a component for you to use.

Located a solution using ASP without the need for server admin rights. If anyone is interested sticky me for the link.
