Confusing Whois

Hi all

I'm struggling with the following problem.

I have a complaint against another site (theft, page jacking etc, etc...) and have composed a Cease and Desist letter.

I've traced everything but am now wondering just which address I fire the email at? I'd look pretty dim if I sent it to the wrong address, it'd kind of undermine the 'authority' the letter is written with if you know what I mean.

I just want to write to the person who owns or is responsible for the domain. Thought I'd give them a chance to fix it before I start complaining to their ISP or hosting company.

So, can anyone cast their experienced eye over a whois for me and tell me where to write to? I'm 90% sure I have the right address, but I need to be 100%. The TOS here forbid me from posting the offending sites details, so perhaps some kind soul could sticky mail me and I'll give them the URL etc.

I would send it to every email address related to the domain. Any you find in whois, any that you find on the site itself. You won't look dumb, you will look thorough and you will be giving the person every chance to correct the problem before you go to the host.

Fact is, that if the site is using underhanded techniques, you have about a 50/50 chance of finding an email address that works anyway.

The whois should give you some idea of who they host with, you can always send the letter to the website owner but "care of" their hosting company.

I've mailed the letter to all who may be involved - let 'em sort out who owns it. And, hopefully it'll spoil their weekends:)
