I am trying to clean up my temp file. There is a file AcrE7 that I can't get rid of no matter what I try. Any ideas on what it is, or how to get rid of it?

Assuming you've run av and malware checkers, and that it's not in that class, I think if it were me that I would make note of the exact path to the file, shutdown and reboot to a command prompt, navigate to the folder in which the file resides, and delete from the command prompt.
