1. It's just a webpage ;P
2. To make something similar get Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
3. Free templates all over the Web. Cheap good-ish ones at templatemonster.

Geezer, geezer chill mate. (as wesay in Essex)

DW MX takes time to learn how to use correctly I suggest you try a nice easy one to get to grips with sticky me for details.

Run a search for free templates and start pulling them apart see how they run, youll also uncover many many templates you can adapt and use on a generic basis.

And there's always the "find a page you like, take a look at the source to see how it's put together" trick....

Yep. I cobbled it together back in 96-97 (maybe) by looking at the source code for pages already on the web. I didn't understand a thing about html, so it took a while to come to terms with what I was doing. Thank goodness the TOS prohibits me from posting the URL of that personal page.

Can't answer that one. Why? I think flash should be restricted to anyone under 30 :)

Sorry Geezer I didn't realise this was all quite so new to you. I would have given a slightly more in depth answer else. I personally use DW 4. It's pretty easy to use and has some good tutorials in the help section I think. You don't "need" to understand html at all to use it.(although DW code is a bit crap). The bits you need to get to grips with is laying out nice tidy tables. Just play man! Open a new window and insert a table with some rows and some columns. Then "insert" a few piccys and write some garb and save it as something. Voila, it really can be as simple as that. You will find a lot of useful advice here but there are more useful forums dedicated to DW out there. I kinda wish I could just show you.
Anyhoo works over now, off home to find out why my aff sites aren't doing much.
