Newsletter Script Suggestion Wanted

My website already has a mysql db and it has a table called customers. this table has all the information about the customer like name, email,city,country etc.,

Is there any good script/system that I can use with this existing tables to send and manage newsletter? My primary request is to send newsletters based on country, meaning I will have to selectivity send newsletters.

I've used Mail List King... has the features that I needed and is pretty reasonably priced.
