Mack,

what a question ?

a tribute site to WMW, possibly, or even a site based around the outer galaxies.

get involved with a small charity in your area, probably a bit of hard work, but good for the credentials so to say.

Did you ever see a movie named "Finding Forester", has some real good tips about getting started when you don't know what to write. Basically just sit down at the keyboard and start hitting keys, just type what ever comes to mind. Your brain will start to focus if you don't try and make it, it will come....just start typing.

How about using a ramdom metaphor generator?
You put some very thick dictionary in front of you, close your eyes, open the book, put your finger in it somewhere <optional>chanting 10 times Gabagabahey! backwards</optional>.

Then open your eyes, look at the word you pointed: here is you metaphor! Now imagine how you will justify this metaphor to the topic? That will get you going! :-)

Oh ! Mike what are you saying,

I spent many a year hugging onto to thoses beaches in the limited north sea sun, because the water was too bloody cold.

yea i agree "The sun drenched beaches in Scotland" now that would sure be different. I live Beside the river clyde (in Scotland) so there may be something to that idea.....lol Although as anyone else from Scotland will agree it's more likely to be the beaches dreanched by horizontal rain....lol
