Creating Copy for Job advert

If you were to advertise this job what skills and experience would you list as pre-requisites?

The CD will contain games and quizzes (backed by databases?) animation, audio and video as well as large amounts of text and images. The Author must be able to build it from scratch.

Skills to include:

Flash? Director? - Good Actionscripting/Lingo skills?
Photoshop? Fireworks? - 2 years min?
Dreamweaver?
Database design/integration?
HTML?
CSS?
Other web and/or programming skills?
anything else?

I think most of these would be benificial but are they all necessary? We need the right candidate but don't want to limit the scope too much. What do you think are the essentials for a role like this?
