Hi!

My site is 10 months old and 300th in my keyword. I always attributed that to the fact that I never really promoted it or optimized for a keyword.

However know I think it could be something else:

Mambo CMS has a neat option wherein your articles are primarily displayed as html, but however can also be displayed as a PDF.

You can see what I am talking about (the mambo demo at opensourcecms):

opensourcecms.com/mambo/index.php?option=content&task=view&id=2&Itemid=2

This seems all fine, however I just realized today that Google has 2 exact same listings of every single one of my articles, 1 in html and 1 in PDF.

Could this be giving me a duplicate content penalty?

EDIT: My PR is 2-4 on these pages, would it be PR 0 if it was duplicate content

This might be similar to the problem some people have mentioned about blog software and RSS feeds. There is a potential for duplication there it seems depending on how you have your RSS setup. The suggested fix was to ban Googlebot from your RSS directory.
