Hello there

I have a writing website where members come and post their writing/poetry. Our editor goes thru it and then publishes it on the website. We have over 20,000 pages of content.

Besdies that the site has many other things.

I wanted to ask if anyone here could suggest me some good way of generating revenue on the site.

I feel the revnue generation could be much better.

Bundle the top 50 into a book (or ebook) and flog it. If it's a real book then usually the author plus the author's mum/dad/niece/dog will buy a copy just to see it in print ;)

I also have a website on a similar theme, as well as various others. In my experience writers spend less than other groups and are less inclined to click through on affiliate links. Poetry certainly doesn't pay, and writing in general isn't highly paid for most. Maybe the problem is that you can't make money from people who have none?
