Netscape Desktop Navigator preview

pretty nifty. from what i've read, it's a Flash based entry point for search - a Google search.

is this coming out to get the jump on Longhorn with search built into the desktop/taskbar?

Who is Netscape? Is that some kind of new company? Never heard of them before.
