cant open my cd-rom

could be from spyware?

For some reason I cant open my cd-rom on my computer. I push the button, the light blinks about 4 seconds then shuts off and nothing happens. I even tried to go into itunes and winamp and eject it through there but it still didnt work... can somebody help me with this.. thanks..

switch off your computer

get a needle

find the small hole on the front of the cd player

insert needle and push

This will get it open, after that it might work again and if it doesnt maybe time for a new one :(

This problem has happened to me quite a few times as well. If restarting and poking a needle doesn't work, run an anti-spyware program. That clears it up for me every time.
