I have a computer solutions client that has a few PC technicians. They are getting so busy now that it has become difficult to keep their appointments and details of their work organized.
Does anyone know of a solution to record/track support calls? Maybe something web enabled with a centralized database where a few people can log in and post/view/edit/close a support call or trouble ticket.

consider the prgram dotproject for managing projects. Not bad :D Any Cpanel host should have it if they have fantastico, my hosting comapny does. It is usefull :D
