I want to add pictures to a slide show for one of my clients. I was hoping to burn the slide show on a cd and then just play it in the computer (meaning I dont want to add software to what ever computer he will be using). Is that possible? Need some ideas...

Well, you can do this with MS Publisher among other mainstream programs.
I use software ON the server itself to do this natively....

Do they have Powerpoint? If not, Powerpoint has a free viewer you can download. (You may be able to run the executable from a cd) Or you could use Powerpoint to create the html pages, it outputs frames and such with the navigation, etc. not exactly pretty, but functional.

Some versions of adobe photoshop allow you to make a web slide show and it is all done in html.

Would I be able to simply put a burnt disc in a dvd player and watch it? I am afraid they wont have a computer set up, but I cant image a dvd player able to play a slide show. I figure they will need a computer there, then I could just use any of the software suggested.
